Frequently I worry too much. I get my mind worked up, stop listening to reason and spend a few days in that manic state. I am lucky and my friends put up with it and are supportive. I am also lucky that it is as easy for me to fall back into being me.

Now, I'm happy. I've banished my dragon, turned him back into smoke, so I can go on with my astonishing life.

And I'm off. Instead of worrying about how I'm going to manage the student loan dragon (that one will be with me for a very long time) and come up with some sort of life, I landed a job teaching english in korea. It's far away from everything and everyone I know, but it's fantastic. I get to try teaching, which is something I've contemplated doing. I get to live in a much more foreign country than Canada (awww, canada *pets*). I get paid enough to be financially okay. I get weekends off, benefits, paid vacation! (whee!) at the same time, I'm not living a quiet life as a receptionist in Los Angeles, I'm living in Korea! Strange and wonderful food, the best internet connections in the world and one of the last independent cinematic markets in the world. Korean films get shown in Korea at better rates than American films. (this doesn't really happen in any country other than India...)

I'm doing a countdown. Goodbye car, goodbye stuff, goodbye family (I'll have email) and hello strangeness but of the good kind. The exciting kind, not the barred window kind.

Life is good and once more, I'm completely aware of it.

You never cease to amaze, what happened to New Zealand? Are you sure the company you are going with is reputable?

Wow! Is all I have to say to that. You seem so very sure and confident. I envy that. I'm stressed because I want to move a few hours away to Wales but not sure if I could leave everything lol.
You are pretty amazing.

I don't really know what to say.
The only thing I can do is wishing you all the best for this new life.
I hope we'll meet again, hon. :)

Wow.

*chuckling* 'Impulsive' will never leave the list of words associated with you after this, you realise. But it's not a bad thing. Enjoy.
