Past!John having to assist as Future!Lizzie gives birth to their future child... isn't temporal mechanics fun? Heehee! And poor Future!John; having to keep all of what happened a secret must've been torture. But knowing it was all going to turn out okay was great incentive.
"Kara" for BSG's Starbuck! Or, if Elizabeth doesn't like it, Jack could always backpedal and say it's for Kara Zor-El. Supergirl rocks. :)
And Jack's keeping "Lisa" for him and Sam? What happens if it's a boy? Does that mean Jack's going to want to name the munchkin "Bart"? LOL!
