This started out weird (and, okay, got weirder -- Elizabeth giving birth to herself?) -- but IMO this is one of your strongest fics ever. That last part, where Elizabeth was dying and John just sat and talked to her the whole time? guh. Talk about ripping my heart out with a spoon. *squishes J&E*
