life really is just World of Warcraft, isn't it?

You start somewhere easy, you get great stuff from easy quests and you don't travel ver far out of your comfort zone.

You gain new abilities, but the monsters and the spells they use against you are always just a little more than you can handle. You get new swag, but it soon needs to be replaced by better swag. You fill in more of the map, but there's still huge gray areas and things you just can't quite remember.

But someday, without even noticing it, you're suddenly wearing armor made of the hide of a demonic demi-lich and the masses bow down at your feet. So you lift your meteoric holy sword and think, "Sweet" as you wipe off the blood.

Or something.

25 somehow feels a lot older than 24.

in other news, I am exactly 15 years older than google. I kind of think that's fantastic.
