Partly, yes. You remembered correctly that you have to add the auxiliary "haben". You remembered correctly how to inflect "haben" to get the 1st person singular. You remembered correctly that you have to put a "ge-" at the beginning. You remembered correctly that you have to put a "-en" at the end. You remembered correctly that some verb stems change their vowel when inflected. The only thing you got wrong is the vowel itself, it's schreiben -> geschrieben. But really, 5/6 is very good! (Now that kind of reminds me of TWW and the rocket test thing ;))
