LOL well, I can't deny you're crazy, since you are a sci fi fan ;p but I'm not sure you're a direct corelation.
So many of those women absolutely are violent anti-female character. I don't get the sense you hate girl slash, so much as you just haven't developed truly good femslash goggles yet and thus are simply not seeing the vast amounts of potential for girl slash. (Speaking of which, if you need to understand the concept, I have a flister who does brilliant femslash deconstruction posts, if you can get past her smoking ;p)
