I think you're right. There just arent a lot of slashable second characters. Like, ok, I'd love to slash Roslin with another woman, but Starbuck? Hmm, maybe back in season 1 or early 2, but not after that. So its crossover love for me. I only saw Elizabeth and Teyla as friends as well. But I wrote a story with Elizabeth and Aeryn :)

Sarah Connor I slashed with Cameron until they started doing the weird "Cameron thinks she is in love with John" thing.

I guess I'm just in denial. As much as I love my Het OTP's, I have a lot of femslash OTP's, and love putting female characters together. I think the chemistry is so diferent, and so fascinating to write, for me at least, its more satisfying to explore as a writer. And I'm a crossover whore. I write tons of them, so I guess I dont really hold to my OTP's very well ;p
